Bearta Alchacar is the founder of NC Vibes and an award-winning event producer with more than 15 years of experience creating festivals, conferences, and community events that bring people together.
Known for turning ideas into memorable experiences, Bearta has produced some of North Carolina’s most recognized public events, including large-scale cultural festivals, food and wine events, TEDx Raleigh, business expos, and community celebrations. Her expertise includes event strategy, sponsorship development, logistics, entertainment booking, volunteer management, marketing, and community partnerships.
With a passion for building connections across cultures and strengthening communities, Bearta believes that every event should leave people inspired, engaged, and excited to return.
Whether producing a festival for tens of thousands of attendees or coordinating an intimate corporate gathering, her goal is always the same: to create exceptional experiences that make a lasting impact.
